Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and communication-driven Public Relations (PR) Associate to enhance the visibility of both RizeX and its clients. The ideal candidate will build relationships with media specialists, coordinate brand stories, secure publications, and support corporate communications that strengthen brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Media Relations
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, influencers, and online publications.
Pitch stories, company announcements, success stories, and thought leadership articles.
Coordinate interviews, podcasts, webinars, and media interactions.
Identify opportunities for press coverage and brand features.

Client PR & Brand Communications
Plan and execute PR campaigns for RizeX clients.
Draft press releases, media notes, executive profiles, speeches,



and announcements.
Coordinate publication of client achievements, product launches, and milestones.
Support employer branding and executive branding initiatives.

Digital PR
Secure features on business, startup, technology, and industry websites.
Collaborate with the SEO team to acquire high-quality editorial backlinks through digital PR.
Monitor online brand mentions and media coverage.
Maintain relationships with content publishers and industry platforms.

Content Development
Write compelling articles, blogs, founder stories, company profiles, newsletters, and case studies.
Prepare award nominations and business recognition submissions.
Assist in developing communication material for events, conferences, and product launches.

Event & Corporate Communications
Coordinate media coverage for company events, webinars, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
Prepare media kits, press materials
