Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
Generate and qualify leads through effective conversations.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments when required.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Resolve customer queries while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Robust interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Positive listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in night shifts.
