Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in facility management operations.

Job Summary

The Facility Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day facility operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all services, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping, security, engineering, and vendor management across client sites.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of all services.
Supervise housekeeping, security, landscaping, and technical teams.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance activities.
Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, and fire safety systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.




Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards.
Handle client complaints and resolve issues within the agreed timelines.
Maintain records related to assets, equipment, and maintenance schedules.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor facility budgets and control operational expenses.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding facility requirements.
Ensure timely completion of work orders and service requests.
Manage manpower deployment and attendance records.
Support audits and maintain all documentation.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of facility management operations.
Vendor and team management skills.
Understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
Knowledge of safety and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
