Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate – Quality (Inhouse Inspection) to join our quality team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Injection Moulding Industry and be responsible for conducting in-process and final inspections, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with customer and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspection of injection moulded components.
Inspect products as per customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Identify, report,
and segregate defective or non-conforming products.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, Go/No-Go Gauges, and other inspection tools.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and ISO standards.
Coordinate with production and tool room teams to resolve quality issues.
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality concerns.
Monitor production quality and recommend process improvements.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the inspection area.
