We are seeking an experienced
Manager – Information Technology (SAP & Digital Transformation)
with
15+ years of experience
(preferably from Manufacturing / Automotive background sector) to lead and oversee SAP ECC systems & drive digitalization initiatives. This role requires:
Solid SAP functional expertise and leadership skills to guide cross-functional IT teams.
A visionary leader who has bridged the gap between legacy
SAP ECC
environments and the contemporary
SAP
S/4HANA
ecosystem, while integrating cutting-edge technologies like
IoT
and
Automation solution
to drive operational excellence.
Overseeing our current SAP ECC landscape while spearheading the strategic migration and optimization of SAP S/4HANA.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical functional knowledge, robust project management expertise, and a proven track record of leading high-performing
teams of 20+ consultants
and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP ECC Management
Oversee the overall performance, stability, and enhancement of SAP ECC systems
Possess
deep functional expertise in at least two SAP modules
(e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM & PM)
Maintain
working knowledge of all major SAP modules
to effectively guide and support the team
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP improvements
Ensure best practices, compliance, and system optimization
Operational Automation -
Identify and implement process automation prospects within the SAP landscape to reduce manual intervention and increase shop-floor efficiency.
Stakeholder Management -
Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business units and external vendors/partners.
Budget & Governance -
Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and ensure compliance w
