We're Hiring: Jewellery Sales & Operations Manager

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Jewellery Sales & Operations Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive retail and online jewellery sales growth.
Achieve online sales targets across digital platforms.
Develop and execute strategies to increase store footfall, brand visibility, and sales, especially in a developing locality.
Identify and implement local marketing initiatives, partnerships, events, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to create campaigns that generate leads and conversions.
Manage store operations, product display, and maintain aesthetic visual merchandising that reflects our luxury brand.
Oversee inventory, stock management, and stock replenishment.
Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
Analyze sales performance and recommend actionable improvements.




Train and guide the sales team to achieve business goals.
Handle order processing, dispatches, and after-sales support.

Requirements:
Experience in jewellery sales and operations preferred.
Robust sales, business development, and customer relationship skills.
Excellent managerial skills required for handling all departments collectively.
Knowledge of visual merchandising, stock management, and retail operations.
Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute marketing initiatives.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools.
