We are looking for a responsible and proactive Kitchen Executive to oversee daily kitchen operations, manage stock movement, and lead the kitchen team. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and achieving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily stock inward and outward and maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and prevent stock shortages.
Minimize wastage through effective stock control and inventory management.
Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including shift planning and task allocation.
Ensure team discipline, productivity, and adherence to company SOPs.
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely order execution.
Coordinate with procurement and management for stock planning and operational requirements.
Monitor operational performance and resolve day-to-day issues efficiently.
Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in kitchen operations or cloud kitchen management.
Experience in inventory and stock management.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Valuable organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
