Role Overview
The Operations Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end intracity logistics operations in Bangalore, ensuring reliable service delivery, operational efficiency and adherence to customer SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
City Operations Management
Manage end-to-end logistics operations within Bangalore
Ensure seamless execution of dispatch, routing and delivery processes
Tech adoption by internal and external stakeholders
SLA & Service Reliability
Ensure high on-time delivery performance and SLA adherence across all client accounts
Monitor operational performance and identify areas of improvement
Vendor Coordination
Work closely with sourcing teams to ensure adequate vehicle availability
Coordinate with fleet vendors to manage vehicle deployment
Team Leadership
Lead and manage city operations teams including account managers and operations executives
Build a high-performance operations culture
Process Optimization
Improve dispatch planning, route optimization and delivery efficiency
Escalation Management
Handle critical operational escalations and ensure quick resolution
