Qualification: B.Sc/DMLT

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Salary: 18k to 22k

Location: Trichy

Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Biochemistry,Haematology,Immunology all department work experience Must
Review, validate, and verify test results prior to release, escalating abnormal or critical findings as required.
Supervise, train, and mentor laboratory technicians and support staff.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) programs.
Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance of laboratory instruments and analyzers.
Monitor laboratory workflow to ensure timely turnaround of test results.
Oversee specimen receipt, processing, storage, and disposal in accordance with laboratory protocols.




Maintain laboratory records, documentation, and inventory of reagents and consumables.
Participate in method validation, equipment qualification, and implementation of current diagnostic tests.
Support internal and external quality assessment programs and laboratory accreditation activities (e.g., NABL, ISO 15189).
Ensure adherence to biosafety, infection control, and occupational health and safety standards.
Investigate testing errors, equipment issues, and non-conformities, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with pathologists, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to support accurate patient diagnosis.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
