Job Responsibilities
Follow up on outstanding insurance claims.
Work on denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
Contact insurance companies via phone and payer portals.
Analyze claim denials and take corrective actions.
Verify claim status and payment details.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Coordinate with billing and coding teams for claim resolution.

Requirements
1–5 years of US Healthcare Medical Billing experience.
Solid knowledge of AR Follow-up and Denial Management.
Experience with commercial and government payers.
Valuable communication and analytical skills.
Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift) – Monday to Friday

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
