GM Fabrics is looking for an experienced sales qualified to lead the Stella brand across assigned territories. The role involves expanding dealer/distributor networks, driving retail sales, developing business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for the Stella brand.
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
Build robust relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, and channel partners.
Conduct product presentations and market visits.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and customer service teams.
Prepare sales forecasts and MIS reports.
Lead and mentor the regional sales team.
Requirements
Graduate/MBA preferred.
8+ years of sales experience in fabrics, home furnishing, upholstery, curtains, bedding, or related industries.
Experience at RSM/Territory Manager/Sales Manager level.
Strong dealer and distributor network.
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹83,333.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
