Aggregation Depots
Warehouse Network
Managed Biofuel Plants

The company intends to have upward of 500 Depots, 100 warehouses and 400 small biofuel manufacturing plants under its management.

Asset & Machine Utilization for Production
Ensure Production asset per Bio-mass Bank availability including Spare Parts & Consumables available as per Seasonal Plan




Co-ordinate with Logistic department to ensure movement of Machines between Banks/Yards/ Circle/Region.
Co-ordinate with Insurance Claim department to ensure claim for the Region are regularized & monitor settlement of claims.
Co-ordinate with OEM/HQ to ensure deliveries of Spare Parts & Consumables.
Fleet Management asset like Tools, Mobile Van & Workshop record up-keeping in Platform.
All operations to be executed as per Platform Process & SOP
Responsible Team Member for Assets sweating in order to reach optimal utilization of all assets during their life cycle
