About the Role The PLSQL Developer role involves Oracle database development and administration, with a focus on complex data processing solutions, performance tuning, and data modeling. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in MongoDB or other NoSQL databases and expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database internals. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to lead the design and development of complex PL/SQL code and data architecture.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and administer Oracle databases with a focus on high availability,



disaster recovery, and proactive monitoring.
Design and implement complex PL/SQL code, stored procedures, and overall data architecture.
Lead the evaluation and implementation of NoSQL database solutions, providing architectural guidance on their use cases.
Define and implement data quality frameworks and strategies.
Establish code quality standards and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
Implement database versioning and deployment automation using tools like Liquibase.
Design and implement robust backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions for critical database systems.
Mentor junior and mid-level team members on database best practices.
Architect complex data processing solutions using Oracle database internals.
Implement advanced performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
