Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
jQuery UI Lead
with
10–15 years of experience
in front-end development to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in
JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI, HTML5, CSS3
, and up-to-date UI development practices while leading a team of UI developers.

This role requires a solid technical leader who can provide architectural guidance, mentor development teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
Develop reusable UI components using
JavaScript, jQuery, and jQuery UI
.
Build responsive interfaces using
HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
, and contemporary web standards.
Optimize UI performance,



browser compatibility, accessibility, and application responsiveness.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, QA teams, and product owners.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.
Troubleshoot complex UI issues and provide effective technical solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions and technology decisions.

Leadership Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of UI developers.
Provide technical direction and resolve complex architectural challenges.
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.
Support project estimation, sprint planning, resource allocation, and release management.
Drive engineering best practices and promote clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for all UI-related initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
