Location – Key Responsibilities
Design plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and storm water systems.
Prepare firefighting system designs, including hydrant, sprinkler, hose reel, and fire pump layouts.
Develop detailed design drawings using AutoCAD and coordinate.
Perform hydraulic calculations for plumbing and fire fighting systems.
Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and material schedules.
Ensure designs comply with NBC, IS Codes, NFPA, and local authority regulations.
Coordinate with HVAC, Electrical, Structural, and Architectural teams to avoid design clashes.




Review shop drawings and provide technical support during project execution.
Participate in client meetings and resolve design-related technical queries.
Assist in value engineering and optimize system designs for cost-effectiveness.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
1- 5 Years of experience in Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Valuable understanding of NBC, IS Codes, NFPA standards, and plumbing/fire fighting design principles.
Experience in hydraulic calculations and BOQ preparation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
