Job Summary
We are looking for a agile Project Sales qualified to drive sales for the Major Project Division (MPD). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project sales within the elevator/lift industry and a robust network with builders, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales activities for the Major Project Division (MPD).
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Participate in tendering, commercial negotiations, and project discussions.
Requirements
38 years of experience in Elevator/Lift Project Sales.
Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience is mandatory.
Proven experience in handling major project sales.
Strong understanding of project sales, tendering, and commercial negotiations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to work from Mumbai.
