About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive/Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, compliance, invoicing, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger entries in Tally Prime.
Prepare, maintain, and update financial records, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data and cash flow records.
Process vendor payments, customer receipts, and online/offline fund transfers.
Generate and verify invoices, e-Invoices, and e-Way Bills as per statutory requirements.
Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation with GSTR-2B, and RCM accounting.
Calculate, deduct, deposit, and reconcile TDS, assist in filing returns and matching with Form 26AS.




Support PF and ESIC compliance activities and maintain employee-related statutory records.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and audit preparations.
Prepare MIS reports, expense analysis, and management reports using Excel.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for accounting and compliance matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
1–2 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, e-Invoicing, and e-Way Bills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
Robust analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
