Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive – Documentation & Customer Service to manage end-to-end documentation and customer coordination for Freight Forwarding operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in import/export documentation, shipment tracking, customer communication, and coordination with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and customs brokers.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify import and export documentation.
Process Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Orders, Certificates of Origin, and other shipping documents.
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, transporters, and customers.
Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
Ensure documentation complies with customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.




Coordinate with internal departments for smooth shipment execution.
Resolve customer queries and service-related issues promptly.
Maintain shipment records, documentation, and operational MIS.
Ensure timely submission of shipping documents and maintain service quality standards.

Required Skills
Sound knowledge of Freight Forwarding documentation.
Customer service and coordination skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of import/export procedures.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
MS Office and logistics software proficiency.
Ability to work under deadlines.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Diploma or certification in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred.
