Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Techno-Commercial Engineer to drive sales and provide technical support for Machine Monitoring systems - solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a robust blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, capable of handling end-to-end customer engagement from requirement analysis to solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
Coordinate with OEMs, partners, and internal teams for pricing and solution finalization. Technical Support & Solutioning
Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and customer training sessions.
Assist in system integration and troubleshooting at customer sites.
Support installation and commissioning activities when required. Customer Engagement




Build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders
Act as a single point of contact for technical and commercial discussions.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolution.
Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company.
Prepare The Tender Eligibility Criteria Checklist .
Responsible for updating all spreadsheets, databases and company sales records and to produce reports as and when required.
Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation.
Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.
Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle.
