aKey Responsibilitie
sPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management
.Lead the preparation and finalization of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual audited financial statements
.Ensure timely compliance with statutory payments and filing of returns
.Implement and ensure compliance with
Ind AS/IFR




S and applicable accounting standards
.Coordinate with internal, statutory, tax, and GST auditors
.Drive Internal Financial Controls (IFC) implementation, monitoring, and periodic reviews
.Prepare management reports and financial analysis to support business decisions
.Manage treasury operations, including cash flow and banking activities
.Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory regulations
.Support process improvements and strengthen financial controls

.Candidate Profil
eQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandator
