35 years of experience in IT Recruitment with a robust focus on Contract Staffing.
Proven experience hiring for contract, C2H, and permanent IT positions.
Strong knowledge of IT technologies including Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, React, Angular, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, SAP, Salesforce, Infrastructure, and ERP technologies.
Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong understanding of contract staffing models, vendor management, payroll models, and client SLAs.
Experience in salary and rate negotiation, offer management, and candidate engagement.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while handling multiple client requirements simultaneously.
