Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for teachers and academic staff.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with the academic and management teams.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and joining processes for current hires.
Coordinate with trainers/teachers regarding schedules, attendance, and operational requirements.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Maintain employee records and ensure timely completion of HR processes.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Generate and maintain recruitment and HR reports using Google Sheets/MS Excel.
Collaborate with different departments to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.




Contribute towards improving hiring processes and candidate experience

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
02 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition (Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply).
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace tools.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in the EdTech industry or teacher recruitment will be an added
