SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and agile Senior Manager / AGM – Human Resources to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, employee lifecycle management, and HR best practices. This role requires excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills to ensure timely hiring while supporting key HR initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding. - Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and professional networking. - Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit. - Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with hiring managers and business stakeholders. - Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities. - Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
