About the Role

Airexon Global Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead end-to-end software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, client communication, team coordination, budgeting, timelines, risk management, and successful project delivery. This role requires a skilled who can effectively bridge the gap between clients and technical teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from project initiation to successful delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting meetings, gathering requirements, and providing regular project updates.
Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver multiple web, mobile, cloud, AI, and enterprise software projects simultaneously.




Coordinate and guide developers, designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
Prepare project plans, sprint schedules, status reports, risk assessments, and project documentation.
Manage project budgets, resource utilization, cost estimation, and financial tracking.
Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct project review meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective sessions.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through skilled communication and timely delivery.
