ESET Solar is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Manager – Finance to lead financial operations, statutory compliance, project finance, and import-export financial processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in accounting, taxation, banking, project financing, and international trade finance while ensuring compliance with Indian regulations and global financial practices.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Handle vendor payments and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Manage project financing activities, including banking operations.
Handle Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG) documentation.

Import documentation
Customs procedures
FEMA compliance
Foreign remittances
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, banks, and overseas vendors.
Monitor foreign currency transactions and support forex documentation.




Prepare annual budgets, cash flow statements, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
Support business leadership with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
