We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Store Keeper / Store Executive to manage our store operations, inventory systems, and material flow while supporting productive production and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end store operations, including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation through ERP systems.
Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and coordinate with the Purchase and Production teams for timely material availability.
Ensure accurate ERP transactions, including Goods Receipt (GRN), material issues, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
Maintain all store-related documentation, including GRNs, delivery challans, stock registers,



invoices, and material movement records.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Analyze inventory data, optimize stock levels, and minimize inventory discrepancies and material losses.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO practices, 5S, safety standards, and company store procedures.
Develop and improve store processes, inventory controls, and documentation systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and MIS for management review.
Support internal, external, and statutory audits by maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
