Operate Laser Cutting Machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload sheet metal (MS, GI, SS, and Aluminium).
Read and interpret engineering drawings and production plans.
Perform machine setup and select the correct programs.
Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
Measure components using Vernier Calipers and other measuring instruments.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain product quality.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Report machine breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team.
Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and company quality standards.
Achieve daily production targets while minimizing material wastage.
