Clinogenesis Research Organization is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Clinical Operations team as
Clinical Trial Specialists
. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in clinical research and gaining hands-on experience in clinical trial documentation, study coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with clinical trial documentation and study coordination.
Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and essential study documents.
Support regulatory and ethics committee documentation.
Track study activities and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and SOPs.
Coordinate with internal teams and clinical sites as required.

Eligibility
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nursing, or a related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of clinical research and ICH-GCP is preferred.
Valuable communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.
