Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for the US market. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and overall fit.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full time positions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Negotiate compensation, availability, and joining timelines with candidates.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
Build long-term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of US work authorization (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, H-4 EAD, TN, E-3, OPT, CPT).
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
