Ideal Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences,



Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
10–15 years of overall skilled experience.
Minimum 7–10 years of project or program management experience.
Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise software, SaaS, systems-integration, digital-transformation, laboratory-informatics, or technology implementation projects.
Proven experience managing customer-facing projects involving global stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
Solid understanding of project-management disciplines, including:
Scope management
Schedule management
Resource management
Financial management
Risk and issue management
Quality management
Stakeholder management
Change management
Governance and reporting
Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid, and stage-gate delivery methodologies.
Experience using project and work-management tools such as Jira, Micros
