Job Summary
Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
Review the project plans and specifications and follow the building design and scheduling.
Assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirement.
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
Liaisoning with Clients, Architects, Consultants and subcontractors and other skilled staff
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
Coordinate the handing over of completed works to Client and completion of the necessary rectification works.
Review Architect/Engineer/Services/Sub-Contractor drawings to ensure coordination and integration.
