About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to lead the design and development of scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting robust APIs, optimizing system performance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js and PHP
Build secure and productive RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
Work with frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, and Laravel
Architect and optimize database structures using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases
Lead backend architecture decisions and ensure best coding practices
Integrate third-party services and external APIs
Implement caching strategies and work with message queues for performance optimization
Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless API integration
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems




Work within Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning

Requirements:
7+ years of professional backend development experience
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) and PHP
Hands-on experience with Express.js or NestJS
Strong experience with Laravel framework
Deep understanding of MVC architecture and backend design patterns
Expertise in relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and best practices
Experience with Git/version control systems
Understanding of caching mechanisms and message queues
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Positive to Have:
Familiarity with TypeScript
Understanding of frontend technologies such as React.js and Vue.js
Awareness of frameworks like Next.js and Nuxt.js
Robust understanding of frontend-backend integration and API best practices
