About the Role

Zentryx Global Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance / Accounts Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team. This internship is designed for students and recent graduates who are looking to gain practical exposure to corporate accounting, financial operations, taxation, and compliance in a professional work setting.

The selected candidate will work closely with experienced finance professionals and contribute to day-to-day accounting activities while developing industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in recording day-to-day financial transactions and maintaining accounting records.
Support the preparation and processing of invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.




Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure proper filing of accounting records.
Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation activities.
Support the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Assist in generating monthly financial reports and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Verify invoices, expense claims, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams to obtain finance-related information and documentation.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Perform additional finance and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or an equivalent qualification.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
