We are looking for a high-impact
Growth Marketing Leader
to drive end-to-end user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will own key growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, leveraging performance marketing, CRM, SEO, partnerships, and data-driven experimentation to scale user growth. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close collaboration with Product, Content, Analytics, and Category teams to optimize user journeys and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities -

Growth Strategy & Funnel Optimization
Own the end-to-end user growth funnel—from acquisition and activation to engagement and retention.
Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple acquisition channels, including paid marketing, SEO, partnerships, affiliates, and referrals.
Continuously analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement initiatives to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
Identify current growth prospects across products, categories, and customer segments.

Performance Marketing




Lead digital acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms with a robust focus on ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and scale successful initiatives.

Lifecycle & CRM Marketing
Design and optimize customer lifecycle journeys across Email, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app messaging.
Build personalized engagement and retention campaigns using CRM automation platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar tools.
Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and reactivation through behavioral segmentation and automation.

Organic Growth & Content
Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive sustainable organic traffic growth.
Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, search-optimized content aligned w
