A reputed Multi-Speciality Hospital in Mumbai is inviting applications for the position of Operation Theatre (OT) Nurse. Freshers: ₹26,000 CTC per month
Experienced Candidates: Salary commensurate with experience and expertise

Eligibility
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Experience: 1–15 years in an Operation Theatre setting.
Freshers with OT exposure during training are also encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, infection control, and OT protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble, inspect, and prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables for a wide range of operative procedures.
Scrub and assist surgeons during various surgical procedures.
Perform the roles of both Scrub Nurse and Circulating Nurse as required.
Coordinate the availability and secure use of surgical supplies and additional equipment during operations.
Conduct mandatory pre-operative patient safety checks, including verification of patient identity, informed consent, and operative site.
Participate in the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist (Time-Out) and ensure accurate documentation.
Complete mandatory surgical counts before, during, and prior to wound closure.
Assist in maintaining a sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
Provide post-operative nursing care to patients in the recovery room.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
