Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence
Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in CS / IT / AI / Data Science or related field
Experience: 8+ years in software / AI engineering, with 6+ years in AI/ML/NLP and strong GenAI delivery experience
Solid experience in architecting enterprise GenAI solutions using proprietary LLMs and local/private SLM deployments
Must have experience in designing end-to-end AI architectures covering ingestion, indexing, retrieval, orchestration, generation, evaluation, and guardrails
Experience in selecting deployment patterns across cloud, on-prem, and edge/local environments
Strong experience in defining standards for prompt management, model routing, evaluation, observability, and release controls
Experience in implementing enterprise AI safety controls including PII handling, auditability, access control, grounding, and jailbreak defenses
Robust understanding of model/system evaluation across relevance, faithfulness, retrieval quality, latency,



and cost
Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise platforms, internal data sources, and security/governance controls
Should be able to drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and own delivery for AI/GenAI programs
Should be able to conceptualize a scalable, secure, and measurable GenAI platform very well
