Job Summary

Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java, MySQL, Git, and Camunda 8 to design, develop, and maintain business process management solutions.

Job Description
Develop and implement business process workflows using the Camunda 8 BPM platform.
Write clean, productive, and maintainable Java code following industry best practices.
Manage version control and collaboration using Git.
Design and optimize MySQL database queries to support application requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Ensure seamless integration of Camunda workflows with other systems and services.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to enhance performance and reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop,



and deploy scalable Java applications incorporating Camunda BPM workflows.
Maintain and enhance existing Camunda process models and Java services.
Manage the full software development lifecycle including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to align solutions with business goals.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
Document technical designs, processes, and project deliverables for knowledge sharing.
