. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in end-to-end technical hiring, sourcing niche IT talent, and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial technical interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate compensation and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports.
Achieve hiring targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment (Day Shift).
Solid experience hiring for IT technologies across multiple skill sets.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
