Experience Required: 2 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, MBA (Marketing), or a related field

Location: Gota, Ahmedabad (WFO)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
Plan, manage, and publish content across various social media platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize strategies to improve engagement and results.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content including posts, reels, and videos.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates,



and AI tools that enhance content creation, productivity, and campaign execution.
Generate creative campaign ideas that help clients achieve business goals.
Assist in planning and coordinating content shoots; experience in handling shoots is an added advantage.

Requirements
2 years of experience in social media strategy and execution, preferably in an IT or digital marketing industry.
Robust understanding of social media platforms.
Proficiency in social media analytics and performance tracking.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation, ideation, research, and workflow optimization.
