We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of enterprise technology solutions built on Microsoft .NET and Azure platforms. The role requires solid technical leadership, delivery governance, client relationship management, team leadership, and accountability for P&L; management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale development and support engagements while driving customer satisfaction, business growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of application development, modernization, and support engagements.
Ensure successful execution of projects within scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
Define delivery governance frameworks, KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
Manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and mitigation plans.
Drive Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices across teams.

Technical Leadership
Provide technical oversight for solutions built on .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Microservices,



REST APIs, Azure Services, and cloud-native architectures.
Guide teams in architecture reviews, solution design, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical leads to define technology roadmaps.
Promote engineering best practices and innovation initiatives.

Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and leadership teams.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Conduct governance meetings, QBRs, service reviews, and executive presentations.
Manage customer expectations and proactively address delivery challenges.

Financial & P&L; Management
Own account financials including revenue, margins, forecasting, and budget management.
Track project profitability and implement cost optimization initiatives.
