Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance for both USA and UAE entities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial statements, payroll, taxation, and ERP/accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate books of accounts for USA and UAE companies.
Record journal entries, sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Perform bank, customer, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

USA Accounting
Maintain accounting records in accordance with US GAAP.
Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis.
Coordinate with CPA for year-end closing and tax filings.




Support sales tax compliance and reporting.

UAE Accounting
Maintain books in compliance with IFRS.
Prepare VAT data and supporting documents for submission to the tax consultant for UAE VAT return filing.
Assist in UAE Corporate Tax compliance and documentation.
Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with UAE Ministry regulations.

Financial Reporting
Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Generate MIS reports for management.
Monitor cash flow and working capital.

Compliance
Ensure statutory compliance for USA and UAE entities.
Maintain proper accounting documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
Assist in internal and external audits.
