Job Description: Flutter Developer
Experience - 3+ Years

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of mobile application development experience, with solid hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to build scalable, user-friendly, and high-performance mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, reusable, and effective application screens.
Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, third-party services, payment gateways, maps, notifications, and analytics platforms.
Manage application state using solutions such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.
Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, crashes,



and compatibility problems.
Implement secure authentication, local storage, API handling, and data encryption practices.
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, product managers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Write unit, widget, and integration tests.
Manage application releases and deployments on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Review code, follow Git workflows, and contribute to development standards and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, mobile technologies, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile application development.
Robust hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
Experience developing and publishing applications for both Android and iOS.
Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, animations, navigation, and application lifecycle.
