We are looking for a proactive and experienced Safety Engineer (HSE) to join our growing team and ensure protected execution of our project activities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, client safety requirements, and company policies.
Conduct safety induction programs for recent employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
Organize toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
Prepare and review Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and HSE documentation.
Monitor proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend preventive measures.
Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and fire safety programs.
Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, permits, and statutory documentation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities on HSE matters.
Promote a positive safety culture across all project sites.

Qualifications




Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Diploma in Industrial Safety (DIS), ADIS, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent HSE certification.
Valid certification in First Aid and Fire Safety is an added advantage.

Experience
2–5 years of experience as a Safety Engineer/HSE Engineer in MEP, EPC, or construction projects.
Experience working on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Required Skills
Thorough knowledge of construction safety practices and statutory compliance.
Strong understanding of Permit to Work (PTW), Work at Height, Electrical Safety, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, and Lifting Operations.
Experience in accident investigation and risk assessment.
Positive communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
