Job Overview

A reputed law firm based in Fort, Mumbai is seeking a Junior Associate – Litigation to join its litigation team. The role involves handling matters before various legal forums, including the Bombay High Court, DRT, NCLT, RERA, City Court, and Arbitration tribunals.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage litigation matters across various legal forums.
Draft pleadings, motions, appellate documents, Statements of Claim (SoC), Statements of Defence (SoD), and applications under Sections 9, 11, 17, and 29A.
Represent clients in court hearings, tribunals, and arbitration proceedings.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case updates and legal guidance.




Collaborate with senior advocates and associates on complex matters.
Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Required Qualifications & Skills
LLB degree from a recognized university.
Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
2–3 years of litigation experience before the Bombay High Court, DRT, NCLT, RERA, City Court, or in arbitration matters.
Strong understanding of legal procedures and court systems.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and legal research skills.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
High level of professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
