Job Description

Bright Birds School is looking for passionate and dedicated Primary School Teachers to teach students from Classes 1 to 7. We are hiring teachers for one or more of the following subjects:
English
Hindi
Mathematics
Science
Social Studies (SST)
Sanskrit

We are looking for educators who can make learning engaging, build strong academic foundations, and inspire confidence in students.

Key Responsibilities
Teach assigned subjects to students from Classes 17.
Prepare lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
Conduct interactive and activity-based classroom sessions.
Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and classwork.
Maintain attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
Identify learning gaps and provide additional support where required.
Create a disciplined, positive, and student-friendly classroom setting.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
Participate in school events, examinations, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.




Collaborate with fellow teachers and the academic coordinator.

Desired Candidate Profile
Robust command over the subject(s) applied for.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
Passion for teaching and mentoring children.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
Good classroom management skills.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
Basic computer skills for preparing worksheets, presentations, and reports.
