We are looking for an entrepreneurial Chief Revenue Officer who is confident in building AdxReel's revenue engine from the ground up.
Primary Responsibility
The Contract Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be fully responsible for generating current business revenue for AdxReel by acquiring:
Advertisers
Brands
Digital Marketing Agencies
Sellers
Service Providers
Enterprise Clients
Strategic Business Partners
The CRO will develop and execute revenue strategies, build the sales pipeline, negotiate commercial agreements, and close high-value business prospects.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Generation
Acquire new advertisers and advertising campaigns.
Bring digital marketing agencies onto the AdxReel platform.
Onboard sellers and service providers.
Secure enterprise partnerships.
Increase recurring monthly revenue.
Meet agreed monthly revenue targets.
Sales Leadership
Build the sales process.
Recruit and train the sales team (with company approval).
Establish KPIs and sales reporting.
Improve conversion rates and sales productivity.
Business Development
Build strategic partnerships.
Represent AdxReel in meetings and negotiations.
Identify current revenue opportunities.
Performance-Based Compensation

The CRO will earn incentives only on
actual payments received by AdxReel
from customers directly acquired or managed by the CRO.
