Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Executive to support our franchise expansion. The role involves engaging with potential franchise partners, explaining business prospects, and assisting in lead conversion through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective franchise leads.
Explain franchise business model, perks, and requirements clearly.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Schedule meetings or demos for interested prospects.
Support the franchise team in lead nurturing and conversion.

Requirements:
Solid verbal communication skills in English and local language.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
Ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
