About the Role

Balaji Infrastructure is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage plant administration and provide HR support at Suzlon Energy's Rotor Blade Manufacturing Unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, manpower coordination, employee documentation, and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily plant administration and office operations.
Support HR activities including onboarding, joining formalities, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Maintain manpower data, attendance, overtime, and daily MIS reports.
Coordinate with Suzlon representatives, Site Manager, HR, Payroll, and Accounts teams.
Handle employee documentation, statutory records, ID cards, PPE issuance, and compliance-related records.




Maintain office assets, stationery, accommodation, transport, and housekeeping coordination.
Prepare reports using MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and email.
Ensure proper filing, documentation, and smooth administrative support for plant operations.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA or equivalent).
1–3 years of experience in Plant Administration, HR, Site Administration, or Office Administration.
Freshers with excellent computer skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Required Skills
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email, and Google Workspace.
Solid organizational, documentation, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently in a plant environment.

Languages
English and Hindi – Mandatory
Marathi – Preferred
