Manage day-to-day hospital operations.

Optimize bed occupancy and resource utilization.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Build relationships with referring doctors and corporates.
Support marketing and outreach initiatives to increase patient volume.

Increase OPD by 20% in 12 months.

QUALIFICATIONS
MBA – Hospital Administration / MHA.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Life Sciences preferred.

EXPERIENCE
8–15 years of hospital operations experience.
At least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals is mandatory.
Experience with PMJAY / CGHS insurance processes is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Solid leadership and people management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of NABH standards and healthcare regulations.
Financial & operational planning.
Data-driven decision making.
Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Microsoft Excel.
