We're hiring an entry level Compliance Executive to support compliance across the company and grow into a real career in the field.
Role Overview
This role supports compliance across the business, helping keep the company legally sound, financially compliant, and audit ready across both the United States and Bangladesh.
You'll assist on legal, VAT, tax, and policy matters, maintain records and documentation, and track filings and deadlines, working closely with the senior compliance function.
This is an entry level role for someone with the right foundation and a genuine hunger to build a career in compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Support & Documentation
Maintain compliance records, registrations, licenses, and filings
Keep documentation organized and audit ready
Track regulatory deadlines and flag what's coming due
VAT & Tax Support
Assist with VAT returns, challans, and withholding tax documentation
Help prepare NBR filings and keep tax records current
Support correct tax treatment across transactions and payments
Records & Reporting
Maintain accurate compliance and financial documentation
Support the preparation of compliance reports and summaries
Keep data consistent across systems and trackers
Contracts & Agreements Support
Help maintain an organized contract and document system
Track renewal timelines and obligations
Assist in reviewing basic agreements under guidance
Research, Audit & Learning
Track changes in relevant laws and regulations
Research compliance questions and prepare notes for the team
Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits
Support the senior compliance team day to day
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
0 to 1 years experience; fresh graduates are welcome
Basic understanding of VAT, tax, or company law in Bangladesh
Robust attention to detail, organization, and discretion
